Bianca
Chanel Green – 24 years old – Romulus, Michigan – Missing on March 25, 2011
Bianca
was a 24 year old single Mom of a 4 year old son Jamere Jr. Bianca was enrolled
in nursing school at Wayne County Community College and working at the Earl of
Sandwich in the Detroit Metropolitan airport. Bianca and her son’s father we’re
not in a relationship at the time she disappeared; however they did have a working
relationship for the sake of her son. Bianca was is the oldest child of a
family of three children. Bianca never met her Father. Her life was difficult
but she survived. Bianca was 19 years old when she found out she was pregnant.
Bianca
would alternate visitation with her son’s Father, Jamere Miller Sr. Jamere and
Bianca had a on and off relationship due to infidelity on the part of Jamere
that resulted in another woman becoming pregnant.
On the
day that Bianca went missing, she had just finished her shift at the Earl of Sandwich
and dropped off food to her Mother, Lisa Green. She was very tired so Lisa was
under the impression that her daughter was going home. Jamere Jr. was with his Father
because of an arrangement that he and Bianca made the night before. Bianca’s
cousin, Twanna Butler, was on Facebook and noticed a disturbing post from
Bianca. The post stated that she couldn’t take it any longer and was
overwhelmed and she was making a new life for her son. She said she didn’t want
to be stopped and that’s why she didn’t tell anyone. Bianca’s cousin then
called Lisa regarding the post and asked if she heard from Bianca, Lisa then
texted and called her daughter. Lisa says the text she received was surely from
Bianca because she knew her style of texting. The text said, “It’s too much I
can’t take it anyone. She was pregnant and didn’t know who the Father was.”
Lisa then contacted Jamere about where Jamere Jr. was. He assured Lisa that
Bianca was fine and Jamere was in his care. Lisa went to Bianca’s apartment and
there was no sign of a struggle or packed bags. Days pass, and there is no sign
of Bianca. No calls, no text, she didn’t show up to work. This was very
strange. Lisa then contact Rodrick Johnson, another man that Bianca dated. He was a former co-worker at the sandwich shop. He
was very distant and offered no help. Jamere told Lisa that he knew that Bianca was pregnant. She told him that she didn't know if the baby was for Rodrick or Jamere. She was very upset about this and wasn't sure what she was going to do.
Two weeks
later, Lisa filed a police report with the Romulus Police Department. Lisa
suggest that police speak to Jamere. He had nothing to do with her disappearance.
The police did not interview Rodrick Johnson or Bianca’s co-workers.
A trace
was put on Bianca’s social security number and her bank account. There is no
activity. Tips come in on sights of Bianca but none of the leads are Bianca
Green. Lisa Green kept Bianca’s cell phone bill paid for months after her disappearance
just to see if there was any activity. But there was none. It looked like
Bianca vanished from the face of the earth.
The
questions are raised, what happened to Bianca Green? Did Bianca leave on her own accord? Did Bianca take her own life? Was she
kidnapped or harmed? Did Rodrick Johnson have something to do with her
disappearance?
